This is a LinkedIn badge, linking to my profile.
LinkedIn really wants you to log in, and takes steps to compel this. If the badge stuff didn't work, and you just see a bare link, then it could be that your browser is blocking linkedin's tracking stuff. You may be able to bypass this by tweaking your browser's privacy settings (make sure you undo this later, if), or by logging in to LinkedIn, or by using the google search link (you may have to re-run the search). Sometimes none of this works. LinkedIn appears to randomly block unauthenticated users to the authwall; I've had random results using the same steps. They're lame.
